Getting Started

Where can I find size and fit advice?

Click on the ‘Info’ button in the top menu and click on 'Size Guide' to view our conversion chart and measurement tips.

How do I place an order?

Follow the simple steps below to place your order with Dear Bliss:

At the top menu select your preferred category or search to explore a style or product.

Select the design and size of your item and click ‘Add to cart’.

Proceed to checkout under ‘Cart’ at the right of the top menu.

Enter your gift card or discount code on the checkout page to receive the specific promotion.

Sign in to your account if you have not already done so. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.

Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your
order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.

Do I need an account to place an order?

All you need is an email address to start the order process. We recommend that you
register for a Dear Bliss account for an easy shopping process.

An item I want is sold out. Will it come back in stock again?

Although we cannot guarantee that we will restock all items that have sold out, designs from our
Classic/Bestseller range are more likely to be replenished.

We do make Pre-orders available for styles that will be restocked. Pre-order alerts will be sent out
through emails and social updates.Pre-orders typically take 4-8 weeks from time of purchase to be delivered to you.

How do I receive Dear Bliss email updates?

Enter your email address at the bottom of our homepage and stay updated on our new arrival announcements, back in stock alerts and seasonal promotions.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

Simply follow the 'Forgot your password?’ link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email to reset your password.

Which credit/debit card do you accept for payment?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept payment across all currencies.

What payment methods do you accept?

For International Orders we accept all major credit/debit cards and paypal.
For Singapore Orders we accept all major credit/debit cards and paypal.

Orders

Will I be charged with a shipping fee?

We offer free worldwide shipping with a minimum spend of US$50. Shipping within Singapore is free
with no minimum spend.

Will I need to pay duties and taxes?

For Singapore orders, the price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden duties and taxes
charged. For international orders, import duties and taxes may be charged once your order arrives at its final shipping destination and will be determined by your local customs office.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order details are confirmed and payment is received, your item(s) will be carefully prepared and sent off within 2 business days.

Delivery within Singapore will normally take 2 - 4 business days.
International deliveries will take 2 -10 business days depending on your location.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately you are not able to change your order once it has been placed and confirmed. This
includes not being able to change the delivery address and add items to an existing order. We request
you to check and ensure that everything is in order and to your satisfaction before you process your order and payment. We welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces.

Can I cancel my order?

As we strive to quickly dispatch your orders, it would not be possible to cancel your orders.

How do I know if my order has been received?

You will receive a confirmation email from us with the details of your order. This email indicates that your order has been received and will be processed in our system before being packed and shipped to you.

Returns & Exchange

How do I return an item?

You will need to initiate returns by clicking on the Returns & Refund link at the footer menu.

Once that is done and you have a received an email from us confirming your returns, you may then proceed to return your parcel using any postal service. It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as
‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties.

Do ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it. When you return your order, place your returns note in the parcel with the following details marked on it:

1. Your order number

2. The items you’re returning for a refund/exchange

3. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition.

What is your Returns Policy?

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return it for a refund within 10 business days of your delivery
date.

Returned items must conform to our Returns Policy:

Items must be returned undamaged and unused in its original packaging and inside a protective
shipping box;

*Refund will not be processed if the returned shoes show signs of wear;

All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner;

Any item that you received with tag(s) attached must be returned with the same tag(s) intact. If the tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded;

Returned items will be refunded in full through credits;

Dear Bliss reserves the right to offer a refund based on our sole discretion;

This Returns Policy does not apply to items that have been stated as non-exchangeable and
non-refundable.

We offer free exchange for Singapore orders only once, subsequent exchanges will be subjected to a fee of SG$20

International return & shipping charges applies.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as your item is received and accepted, we will offer a full refund in credits with a validity period of 365 days – this is usually done within 48 hours. To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, please ensure all items meet the conditions of our Returns & Refunds Policy.
