What is your Returns Policy?
  • If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return it for a refund within 10 business days of your delivery date
  • Refund will be returned in the form of credits, which you can use for future purchases on our site. Credits are valid for 365 days.
  • For Singapore orders we only offer free exchange once, subsequent exchanges will be subjected to a fee of SG$20
  • For International orders, shipping & return charges apply
  • Returned items must conform to our Returns Policy
  • Items must be returned undamaged and unused in its original packaging and inside a protective shipping box
  • All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner
  • Any item that you received with tag(s) attached must be returned with the same tag(s) intact. If the tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded
What items are non-refundable?

Free gifts or promotional items.

Are there any charges for returns?

There is no charges for returns within Singapore. International return shipping charges will apply.

Original shipping charges is non-refundable for International shipping.

How do I start my returns process?

Enter your order number, email address and message (if applicable) in the fields above and click Submit.

You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your returned item meets our Returns Policy and is approved for refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and credits will be deposited into your account within 48 hours.

As soon as the credits are reflected in your account, you will be able to apply it for future purchases.
